Launching Camps for Children of Prisoners
Camp David International’s vision is to help establish camps for children of prisoners in every state and every nation. God’s heart for the prisoner and the nations is unmistakable and the problem of incarceration affects children all over the world. What is so exciting is that wherever we go we see the curriculum God has given us radically impact children we serve. Over the past 10 years founders Ben and Grace Smith have helped launch 8 camps for children of prisoners in three states and five nations (three different languages).
The ways we establish these camps through internships, online coaching, and running camps side by side on location. Camp David International also provides curriculum and training materials for our partner camps so that they can run quality camps in their own communities.
