Camp David International is pioneering a YWAM base with a focus on Justice and Compassion. Our emphasis will be serving prisoners and children at risk. This will include foster kids, children of prisoners, their children, and their families.

We are very grateful for YWAM Chico who is walking with us as we establish this new side of the ministry. The YWAM motto is “To Know God and To Make Him Known.” Our goal is to equip this generation to know God and make Him known to those affected by incarceration in every nation.

As a YWAM base we can work together with 650 YWAM bases in 160 countries. Together we can literally run camps for children of prisoners around the globe. Being a YWAM Base also provides another opportunity to help our campers grow after they graduate. Our Discipleship Training School will equip them to use their own “growth with God story” to help children of prisoners all over the world.
